Winemaker's Table

Our first Winemaker's Table of the 2012 season is set for Saturday February 18. Join us for an evening of fine foods and wines as we welcome Chef Rosa from Adelino's Old World Kitchen in Lafayette. Chef Rosa will prepare five appetizers which will be paired with different Whyte Horse wines. Listen and learn the art of pairing as our winemaker, Larry Pampel, and Chef Rosa detail each wine and food combination, then enjoy the delicious result. Afterward, you'll be treated to a tour of our winemaking area, perhaps even a barrel sample of wine in progress.
