An elegant dry white complex wine with a distinct style reminiscent of Classic White Burgundy. Bold oak with a dusky smoky overtone, gives way to pear and apple flavors with a hint of citrus and vanilla. A focused finish with a smooth touch of cream. Let this wine breathe and serve chilled to enjoy this complex Chardonnay. Perpared in 100% French Oak for 8 months before finishing in stainless steel. A malolactic fermentation finished sur-lee (on the lees) for a classic "old world style" Chardonnay. Enjoy this wine with a hearty fish, poultry or pasta. Freat wine with lightly grilled Foie Gras. Serve Chilled.
