Cabernet Sauvignon
Description
A smooth, dry red wine with good tannins. Aged in medium toast French Oak for 14 months. Oak overtones give way to black cherry aroma. Classic smooth Cabernet Sauvignon flavors roll all over your tongue, giving way to just enough of a lingering medium tannin finish. Lightly filtered to preserve the body and character of the wine. Serve at room temperature with red meat or pork.
